Genevieve Nnaji Is Still On ‘Half Of A Yellow Sun’! | Watch the movie’s second trailer featuring the Nollywood Superstar

halfofayellowsun_01-600x302Exactly a week ago, the first official trailer for Half of a Yellow Sun made its debut online via the Toronto International Film Festival‘s website.

Now we get to see version 2 of the trailer. This one is almost identical to the first trailer. The major difference is we get to see Nollywood superstar Genevieve Nnaji in her role.

There were rumours earlier in the year that Genevieve’s role as Miss Adebayo had been cut out of the movie. According to the unsubstantiated rumours, “poor acting” was the reason for the chop! This seemingly gained credibility when she did not feature in the first official trailer.

Well, that apparently isn’t true. Check out Genevieve in the new trailer below.

She has collected most of the award there is to collect in the literary world but I don’t think she gets awards for this movie. Its an adaptation of her work but she aint the director or even in the cast.
Highest she gave creative input during the screen writing process

    • Williams, the movie is not her business oh. Lol. It’s Hollywood’s project, not hers.

Really? People accused her of poor acting? Miss. Nnaji? That’s absurd. She is one of the few artists that give credibility to Nollywood.
