Chris Brown ordered back to rehab after throwing another fit

chrisbrown1So apparently, Chris Brown isnt mellow enough for the judge. And the reason is explained by why he left anger management rehab after only two weeks.

According to TMZ, Brown threw a fit while attempting to seek help in anger management, and not only did he get upset, he threw and broke a few objects in the process. According to reports and his probation report, Brown’s mother came to visit him in rehab and recommended that he stay for extended treatment. He disagreed, and they got into an argument. In a heated moment, Brown reportedly threw a rock through her car window. Sources tell TMZ that’s why he left early and was attempting to do outpatient treatment instead. The Malibu facility he was receiving treatment in wanted him out after the incident occurred.

Brown was in court in Los Angeles yesterday with his lawyer, Mark Geragos, as he was there for a progress report on his probation from the domestic violence incident that occurred between him and Rihanna in 2009. The probation department actually used the violent episode from rehab in court to send him to jail for violating his probation, or to at least have him put in a “live-in anger management rehab.” The probation report says that without the proper therapy and support, the singer will remain “very guarded.”

So unfortunately for Breezy fans, but for the betterment of Brown, a judge has ordered him back to rehab, but this time for three months. Brown, who released the mixtape X Files yesterday, will be allowed to fly to D.C. for court appearances to deal with his criminal assault case for last month’s scuffle. If you’ll recall, the singer allegedly got in a fight with a young man outside the W Hotel during Howard University’s homecoming weekend. The facility he will have to stay in for rehab will be in L.A. County and Brown will have to submit to drug testing while there.

Any plans Brown had to promote or put out a new album this year will need to be put on the back burner in the hopes that he can get his anger (and life) in check.
